Super Awesome Veggie Sandwich

I'm going to show you a really awesome vegetarian hot sandwich. It's so awesome and delicious words can't describe it. The recipe is SUPER DUPER simple so it is one of those things that I took from Lithuania and still doing here in UK. I used to make it together with mom at least once a week haha.

Here's how you do it:

1. A lot of onions on a bread of your choice.

2. Sweet pointed pepper or any paprika you like.

3. Tomatoes.

4. Cover everything with slices of cheese. I am using mild cheddar.

5. A bit of ketchup, dill, basil and mild chilli powder. You can also add cajun spice, it adds a really nice taste. I ran out of it now unfortunately lol.
Pop in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Make some tea in the meantime. Yes the cup is empty because I was waiting for the water to boil lol. And this perfect cup is from my dear friend Maria from Greece ♥

6. Perfection~
Yeah my phone died and I just went upstairs from the kitchen and started eating while waiting for the phone to charge enough lol.

Don't like veggie stuff? You can always add meat! Actually I always add meat lol but I ran out of it too haha. What kind of meat? Any kind of meat!! Sausage, pepperoni, chicken slices, ham... Anything you can think of (as long as it's not raw lol)! I used to add pickles too in Lithuania but I rarely have pickles in the fridge now so that's an optional ingredient haha.

Enjoy this perfection and bon appetit!~

Dangerous vanilla muffins

Oh yes. They surely are dangerous. I start to lose my will when I eat them. I invited my boyfriend to come over when I baked them and from 20 muffins only 6 were left in about few hours. Terribles (lol, don't even ask my vocabulary)!!

So today I want to share recipe with you because I don't want to feel bad eating them like crazy, I want YOU to eat them as much as I do. (⊙ヮ⊙) (wtf) *doesn't want to get fat alone*

Yes, I edited this... /facepalm

So here's the recipe.

You will need:
♣ 120 g room temperature butter
♣ 180 g sugar
♣ 185 g flour
♣ 1 ts baking powder (not soda)
♣ 2 eggs
♣ 125 ml milk
♣ few drops of vanilla essence or 1 ts of vanilla sugar

Grind butter with sugar well. It must be fluffy.
Mix eggs with mass one by one.
Pour milk, flour and baking powder.
Add vanilla essence or vanilla sugar.

Done! Now get your muffin pans ready!!!

I bought these beauties before Christmas yet I'm trying them for the first time now. They are so fun, colourful and cute!! (゜▼゜*)

My silicon pans have these cute muffin riffles and they don't stick so I decided not to add any muffin paper... And it was a good decision! No needed.

SO. I greased my muffin pans a bit and poured dough to fill 1/2 of it. You can pour to 2/3 but I wanted them to be tiny so.. Hehehe.

Get you oven ready by heating it to 180°C.

My experience: while I was waiting till oven is ready I couldn't understand what's wrong with it. I waited for so long and it still haven't reached desired temperature! So apparently I forgot to take of pan that was laying on the bottom of oven. When I was hurrying (don't know why the hurry though) I burnt my finger. Yay... I was so mad at that pan that I threw it in the hallway...

BAD UGLY PAN.

Anyways, when your oven is ready put your baby muffins into it!

And bake till they get nice golden colour. ♥

IT'S DONE  (●♡∀♡)

They're soooo tasty and beautiful!! ヽ(;▽;)ノ

My experience: I would like them to be more puffier so I'll try putting 1,5 ts of baking powder next time. And perhaps bake them a little less because their top was a bit too crunchy compared to their cute and soft inside nom nom. ┐( ̄ー ̄)┌

It's so easy right?? That's why I need my friend +Kevin Seedorf (check out his Twitter!) to make these too. They're amazing. Kevin, I promise you will look as happy as those people on TV making food. ≖‿≖

Have fun and good luck!!

Crazy dinner

Hey all!
I got sick recently so I'm staying at home with a lot of studying to do. But besides that my creative side is really strong at the moment lol.
Okay, I'm lying, I didn't create this, I got inspired when I saw a picture somewhere on the internet hehehe.

Today I ate a monster!

I made it myself lol.

Spaghetti monster
What you need is only:
  • Sausages
  • Spaghetti
  • Everything else depends on your taste

Okay so it looks better with little sausages but I didn't have it at the moment so I did with big ones haha. How to start? Just stab your sausages with that pasta! (Okay that sounds wrong lol)

Then put it in a boiling water carefully. Hold them a bit at first. Try not to break them. When they get soft, put them further into bowl so everything is covered in water. Boil for...I dunno look what your spaghetti packaging says lol. Mine says 7-9 minutes. So I did it and omg yay! This is probably the creepiest dinner I've ever had:

I added half tomato (because that was the last piece left at home... (ಥへಥ) ) and some Heinz ketchup. Also I finished photo shooting this beautiful model in the plate I added dried dill and dried basil leaves on top. OMG I LOVE BASIL. I basically put it on every meal I do hahaha. ♥

I also found out really awesome creations people did like this:

Looks really cute

But this one I will show you is probably the creepiest meal with sausages and/or any kind of pasta I've ever seen lol:

gidhfkdjffhakdhfdkhfkd I WANT IT

And I actually saw someone describing it as a HAIRY SAUSAGE...... That is seriously wrong lolololol.

Happy dinner though I bet it's better as a breakfast somehow?
Stay creative and full,

Idler, sluggard, slacker, lazybones? ~Tinginys~

Lietuviškas recepto variantas žemiauuuu. ;]
This time, title don't say anything. XD I was cleaning my computer files when I found cool photo of sweet dessert which I have made about two months ago.  Looking at it I decided to put a recipe for it! I'm going to write it in two languages 'cause it is very well known dessert in Lithuania and I guess lots of people would like to know really simple way to make it. ;]
Lietuviškas recepto variantas žemiauuuu. ;P
OMNOMNOMNOM!!!~

Basically it is biscuits & cocoa fridge cake. In Lithuanian called 'Tinginys'. Which means idler, sluggard, slacker, lazybones or whatever. You get what I mean, right? ;D Anyways, this is the recipe how to make this super delicious sweet desert.
You'll need:

1 can of condensed milk (about 400g/200ml)

700g of the most simple biscuits without any flavouring

2 table spoons of cocoa powder

200g of butter

Optional: If you want to add more flavour you can add nuts, marmalade sweets or raisins.
Making:
Chop up biscuits in a bowl with your hand to small pieces. (if you are going to add nuts, marmalade sweets or raisins, put those in the bowl with chopped biscuits)
Dissolve butter on low heat in a steam basin (put a bowl with butter on a pot of boiling water). While stirring add condensed milk and cocoa powder. Stir till mass becomes solid (I mean without lumps).
Pour mass into the bowl with chopped biscuits and stir everything up well.
Put everything into baking tray/rectangular bowl/strong transparent bag used for food. (you choose)
Put that into the fridge and after 4 hours are able to eat! Or if you are extremely hungry, put that into freezer. And you’ll be able to eat in hour or two. ;D
BON APPETIT!!!

Tinginys
Jums reikės:

1 skardinės kondensuoto pieno
700g paprastų “arbatinių” sausainių; pvz.: “Gaidelis”
2 šaukštų kakavos
200g sviesto
Maišykite kol masė pasidarys vientisa (be gumuliukų).
Mmmm…
Gero apetito!!!~
